Chairman of the Board and Board Member Dr. Warner serves as SWIIM’s Chairman and member of the board. A leading entrepreneur and philanthropist, he spent 30 years as an exploration geologist with his work culminating in his discovery and participation in Jonah Field and the first commercial development of Pinedale Field, located adjacent to Jonah Field in Sublette County, Wyoming. Jonah and Pinedale combined is the third largest gas accumulation ever discovered within the continental United States..
Chief Executive Officer and Board Member Mr. France serves as SWIIM’s Chief Executive Officer and board member. Under his leadership, SWIIM has been recognized as a top 25 ag tech company globally by Forbes Magazine for two consecutive years and he has grown the company’s operations and strategic partnerships with major agricultural stakeholders. Mr. France has been involved in agricultural development ventures including water rights, land and natural resources. He has also assisted companies at a senior level in organization, management, strategy and capital development activities in the food service, broadcast, agriculture and technology sectors. As a recognized leader in the ag-tech industry, Mr. France retains significant experience related to agricultural-based ventures, specifically with regard to water rights policy throughout the western US.
Chief Operating Officer Mr. Donny serves as SWIIM’s Chief Operating Officer. He is also the founder and former President of OnFarm Systems Inc., prior to its acquisition by SWIIM. Mr. Donny has an extensive 20-year background in technology, finance, operations and early stage companies and has served as a senior executive for several technology, finance and agriculture firms. Mr. Donny is a globally recognized ag-technology leader known for crafting strategy and understanding how technology will change agriculture and farming.
Chief Scientist and Board Member Mr. Stollar serves as SWIIM’s Chief Scientist and board member. He has served as a consultant providing project management and technical assistance on projects related to groundwater resources, financial allocation of responsibility for remediation, contaminant hydrogeology, groundwater modeling, monitoring, aquifer remediation and the environmental impact of hazardous materials for a wide range of clients throughout the United States.
Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary to the Board Mr. Cohen serves as SWIIM’s CFO, Treasurer and Secretary to the board. He has been a financial consultant for several real estate, water rights and natural resource development projects based throughout the western United States. Mr. Cohen possesses an extensive background in business administration and corporate finance.
Senior Finance Adviser Mr. Beck serves as SWIIM’s senior finance adviser/outsourced CFO and closely assists SWIIM’s CFO regarding financing matters. Mr. Beck is a C-level executive and former CPA with over 30 years experience. He has served companies in a wide range of industries and has been a key contributor to the completion of more than 12 M&A transactions valued in excess of $350 million.
Board Member Mr. Puglia serves as an independent board member and advisor for SWIIM. He currently serves as Western Growers Association’s Executive Vice President. Mr. Puglia joined Western Growers in 2005, leading the association’s state government affairs team and media communications staff on behalf of the association’s 2,500 members in California, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico.
Board Member Mr. Lenaghan serves as a board member and advisor for SWIIM. Mr. Lenaghan is co-founder and Managing Director of goFARMAustralia Pty (“goFARM”), based in Australia. goFARM is an agricultural property developer and manager, focused on delivering investment-grade agricultural assets. goFARM is also an investor in water rights.
