Mr. France serves as SWIIM’s Chief Executive Officer and board member. Under his leadership, SWIIM has been recognized as a top 25 ag tech company globally by Forbes Magazine for two consecutive years and he has lead a team of professional that has grown the company’s operations and strategic partnerships with major agricultural stakeholders including developing and managing a one-of-a-kind strategic development agreement with Western Growers Association. His experience also includes developing long-term strategic private/public partnerships with groups including the USDA, regional land grant universities and other best-of-breed partners to develop technologies that can be integrated into the private sector. Mr. France has been involved in agricultural development ventures including water rights, land and natural resources. As a recognized leader in the ag-tech industry, he also retains significant experience related to agricultural-based ventures, specifically with regard to water rights policy throughout the western US.. Mr. France has assisted companies at a senior level in organization, management, strategy and capital development activities in the food service, broadcast, agriculture and technology sectors. Mr France has been involved in agricultural development ventures including water rights, land and natural resources. Mr France has also assisted companies at a senior level in organization, management, strategy and capital development activities in the food service, broadcast, agriculture and technology sectors. He has also managed software and technology companies including the development of intellectual property rights and automated fulfillment systems. Over the past two decades, his work has included implementing comprehensive business, marketing and financial plans for scaling operating businesses and property development projects of various sizes. Mr. France has sat on a handful of private company boards and has been a board member of a water district. A fifth-generation native raised in an agricultural community on the Central Coast of California, he have testified in front of Congress regarding the impacts of agricultural technology in rural America and has also been active on an advisory panel focused on agricultural water conservation and optimization. Mr. France has acted as a facilitator for independent study courses focusing on entrepreneurial business strategy at Regis University in Colorado, and mentors ag-tech entrepreneurs regularly throughout the western US. Mr. France earned a Masters of Business Administration degree, graduating with honors from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Communications from the University of Colorado.
