Kurt Loeprich
Chief Technology Officer Mr. Loeprich serves as SWIIM’s Chief Technology Officer. Previously he was Chief Technology Officer of OnFarm Systems Inc., prior to its acquisition by SWIIM. He retains 20 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, software development and team building. He has a proven track record of architecting and managing complex software and related technology projects across the full product lifecycle.
Donald Sanborn
Chief Software Architect Mr. Sanborn serves as Chief Software Architect for SWIIM. He leads software development and integration at SWIIM. He has spent over twenty five years developing commercial engineering and mapping applications for a myriad of companies. For twenty three years, Mr. Sanborn has acted as a consultant providing custom application development services and has brought a number of applications to market for clients.
Darren Fillmore
Chief Water Engineer & Project Manager Mr. Fillmore serves as Chief Water Engineer & Project Manager for SWIIM. He leads the technical deployment team, evaluates agricultural fields and makes water conservation and measurement recommendations for the company’s client base. As part of his duties, he manages simultaneous projects in multiple agricultural regions and contributes to multi-disciplinary product development team.
Robert Scott
Instrumentation Manager Mr. Scott serves as Instrumentation Manager for SWIIM. He leads instrumentation acquisition and deployment for SWIIM. His experience includes 34 years with Motorola Communications and Electronics. During his tenure there, Mr. Scott led multiple assignments beginning with territory sales of 2-way radio communications, eventually leading to commercial markets.
Kirk Lyster
Regional Sales Manager Mr. Lyster serves as Regional Sales Manager in Souther California/Arizona for SWIIM. He leads direct sales activities in established SWIIM regions. He joined the team in 2017 with the goal of educating growers on the importance of comprehensive measurement; as well as control of their water balance using the advanced methodology & instrumentation SWIIM has available
