On December 1, 2020, the IID Board authorized the 2021 On Farm Efficiency Conservation Program for crops planted in 2020 / harvested in 2021 and 2021 calendar year crops. Two payment tiers will be implemented, Tier A and Tier B. Proposals will be paid at the highest applicable rate for measures present.
Ditch lining, irrigation scheduling and other minor management and physical improvements will not be contracted in 2020-21 or 2021 without the presence of a Tier A or B measure.
