As we enter California, our first stop finds us in Imperial Valley – 500,000 acres of land located just north of the Mexico border in California and serviced by the Colorado River.  Members of our technical team saddle up the SWIIM trailer and head out.

SWIIM is connected to already-available, remotely-gather data, but includes additional additional equipment in the field, including a SWIIM-configured weather station:
